Mitsukoshi interview questions

took about 2 months for them to get back to me. had a chef test, then a written test. the written chef test has 3-5 questions about food cost. they actually have a team who handles the food cost took forever for them to reply back about the job pay is super low for a sous chef. a line cook at disney makes more starting. turned the job down because they are so slow to do anything. its a wonder they even are able to hire people. their communication is terrible.
