Very easy process. This was in person and you had to do a group interview, with multiple rooms as well as an individual interview. The group interviews were long and previous RA's would rate your success.

Group interview with other students. Then one on one interviews as well. Easy questions, just be yourself and show that you are motivated on campus. Make sure to speak up in the group interviews, be a leader. Try not to speak over others and apologize if you do so. Offer to help and be an advocate for those who are quiet.
