The hiring manager made the interview process pretty painless. I received an email within two days of applying, set up an initial phone/Teams screening, and then scheduled an in-person interview for the following week. The Teams screening was just with the hiring manager and the panel interview was with other supervisors and managers that work directly with the position I was interviewing for. Everyone was kind and easy to talk to, including HR when I was offered the job at the end of that week. The process from application to job offer was about three weeks.
