A phone call first to orient me, then a video call with some test math questions. The video call was with three interviewers and it was my first ever job interview. They made little to no attempts to help me as I struggled and panicked with what were tbh very easy questions. It took them all of 10 mins to say directly no to me. However I cant help but feel given my qualifiactions unless I had managed to fake my way through two degrees they should have know that I was able to answer these questions and the fact that I could not was evidence that the interview was making me so uncomfortable that I was serverly underperforming. I suppose not much can be expected from a small companies recruitment department, but I still will now never apply for these people again.
