Interview
Very brief - probably 15 minutes from start to finish. They don’t like to waste people’s time and know very quickly whether or not you will be a good fit. I heard back from them later that day.
The interview process moved along quickly and efficiently. There were three individuals that were a part of my interview. I was slightly intimidated at first by the group as I was not expecting to interview with three people, however they were all very welcoming and easy to talk to. I instantly had a good feeling about Miron so it was an easy decision to accept the offer.

They asked me to tell them a little bit about myself and my experience and why I was interested in Miron. When discussing the company, they talked about the importance of family and community and then asked me how I get involved in the community. I thought that was a great question that not only allowed them to hear from me, but it gave me insight into what Miron values.
