Interview
It was a short interview process with an assignment that was not time consuming which I appreciated. My conversations went well except for one and it was one of the strangest interviews I’ve ever had. I felt that the person interviewing me knocked me out of the running within the first 5 minutes of our conversation. The line of questioning was also strange for an entry level position/administrative-like. I knew I would not move forward with the company even if I got an offer after this round. I was asked out of nowhere to share my computer screen and show my personal email inbox so they can verify the number of emails I had in my inbox because they want someone with a “zero-inbox” mentality. Not to just answer the question, but to share my screen. I was so taken back by this and red flags went up everywhere. I felt that my personal privacy was invaded, professional life and personal life lines were crossed and this team would lack boundaries and micromanage instantly. I hope this is not standard practice for other positions. It’s a shame because I really like the product.

Interview
Difficult and somewhat scattered. Initial phone interview was rescheduled several times and seemed like the process was being dragged out. When the phone call finally came, the process was fairly smooth and the conversation went very well, but the negative feedback was extremely limited and not extremely informational.
