Had the initial interview with the recruiter it lasted well over the allotted time and seemed to go well. I was then sent a link to schedule time with the hiring manager… I chose a few times and didn’t get a response so I reached out twice over two weeks and never got a reply. Then I got an automated email thanking me for my time. I then replied again to the recruiter asking if the position was filled - still, no reply.

A lot of steps, they are very process oriented. I could not get over the whole Russia thing. Big office in Russia. Sounded like a security and compliance nightmare honestly. Very glad things have worked out the way they have.
