A fairly standard interview, but with an eye toward interviewees knowledge of up-to-date nursing home practices. This home is much different from regular/legacy nursing homes and so staff chosen accordingly. The process is much like any other staff position at a health care location, 1 face to face interview after submitting application. Current staff (AND elder residents) will have a say in hiring new staff.
