Applied through MN state website, email invitation to interview onsite. One hour panel interview with key team members, followed by a half hour interview with the Dean. This was a very positive experience; everyone was friendly and welcoming. I did not receive an offer; however, I received a very positive letter (mailed) from the Dean, thanking me for my time and interest. I apply for A LOT of jobs; this feedback stands out.
