After written test and GD, Interviews were scheduled for shortlisted candidates. The panel consisted of 5 persons consisting of bureaucrats, TISS faculty, UNDP representative and other officials. The atmosphere was calm and relaxed and the interview panel was polite and courteous. The duration was about half an hour and the mode of communication was English and Hindi.
