Had two interviews. The first was with Human Resources and Hiring Manager. Second interview was with two Senior Managers and Human Resources. Standard interview questions - mix of technical and behavioural. Questions were themed around operational Geotechnical risk management and stakeholder engagememt (influencing skills).
