Initial Screening: A short phone call with HR to review my background, discuss the role, and go over basic fit and expectations.
Second Round: A video interview with the media leads where we talked more about my experience, strategic approach, and how I collaborate across teams.
Final Round: A video panel interview with a few members of the media team. This was more conversational, focused on culture fit, teamwork, and how I’d approach day-to-day responsibilities.
