just had phone interview with interviewer. typical interview questions. why did you apply, what can you do for the company, what you do in 5 years..etc we were supposed to have final interview in tokyo office...but they decided not hire me even before i go to last interview because they decided to hire senior level people. I was waiting for this interview for like 3months. they are so unorganized..
