The entire process took a little over a month, I believe a little longer than it should actually take for internal reasons. I sent the CV, then I received contact from the recruiter, we had a phone screen, very calm and pleasant. After that I received a test related to the area, and then the criteria test, which I had never done before, was quite difficult. At least for me who had never done this specifically. Then I had two meetings on the same day with the area managers. Super pleasant! I felt very comfortable. Then I had to retake the criteria test because of the score. and finally the interview with the manager, also very pleasant, everyone was super open and receptive, they asked me pertinent questions and gave me the opportunity to ask questions to get to know them and clear up all my doubts. very positive experience!
