I applied online through mindbody's website. Got an email from the hiring manager within 24 hours. I had one telephone interview with the hiring manager. It was more of a Q&A and to gauge whether I was interested in the position. The second interview was with the hiring manager's director. He asked several situational questions with regards to the project management role. Later, he asked several questions with regards to my resume. Pretty easy... nothing technical.

Multiple round process, the usual manager, peer steps and then 3rd round is "product sense". The first two are normal screening for aptitude and situational knowledge. The product sense interview was a scenario to pursue a solution.
