I had an employee referral. It took 2 weeks for the whole process. Round 1: Online aptitude test: pretty straightforward. Round 2: Manual QA: questions about most recent project, Agile, SQL, other concepts related to manual testing. Round 3: Automation QA: questions about most recent project, basic Java concepts, Selenium questions, Rest Assured questions, etc. Round 4: QA manager interview: Basic qs about how you fit in the QA team you're interviewed for. All the people I spoke to were professional but at the same time also very friendly, helpful and transparent.
