Minco Products interview questions

The HR person asked me things like what are your favorite classes at school. Pretty generic set of questions. The in-person interview was a bit weird. They had list of 18 or so questions given to them by HR, and they were simply reading them. Felt less like a conversation. Some questions included "how does a toilet flush work?" "how does a flash light work?"

Describe a time you disagreed with someone on your team and how you resolved the situation?
