I was interviewed with an Engineer for the Design Engineer opportunity. After an initial conversation, I was scheduled for a video call interview right away by HR with the team.
After proposing my availability, I never heard back from the team even after 2 months of follow-up.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Milwaukee Tool (Milwaukee, WI)
Interview
First there is a recruiter phone screen. Then a functional phone interview. Then they bring you in for multiple interviews with different people. At this on-site, the cycle the interviewers through the room.
Phone interview with recruiter first, then a phone interview with another engineer (not the hiring manager). After the second interview I was ghosted for a month (no reply to any emails) until they finally sent a rejection email.

What is one thing not on your resume you think we should know about you?
There were two rounds of interviews. The first was over the phone and the second interview was in person. I met with a few people individually durring that time. It was a very relaxed interview.
