In the 1st interview, they asked me standard questions of why I was interested in working with the company and the industry. They were fine that I had no experience in marketing or knew very little about market research. I presume I was able to demonstrate that I had good writing and analytical skills, and an interest to pursue a different career path than my bachelor major. The 2nd interview was with the Head of the Qualitative Department, who asked me the similar questions and gave me alot of details of the work at the company.
