The Interview process for this position wasn't as difficult than I expected. They ask you questions they expect you to get in an interview and I thought it was pretty laid back as well.
Simple interview questions and a casual tour of the restaurant. Also involved a trial run practicing serving tables, shining cutlery and preparing starters. Interview itself was casual and involved a short discussion of shift times and wage.

pretty self explanatory- with experience its just like another position. Should be relatively straight forward. They show the business premise and ask about hours, to which you show show that you are keen.
