Miller Waste Systems interview questions

Initial screening call, then interview with Regional Sales Manager, Moved quickly but then got ghosted for 2 months. Very disappointing. Regional Sales Manager had no interest during interview and seemed uninterested. Had the interview a few months ago but its disappointing and funny to see that the job is still OPEN, even hiring manager said it was 7 months open at the time of the interview.
