there was no interview,I met with the program director ,talked about the program and was hired. We discussed how the program was run ,what my days would be, and the textbooks that I would be using. We discussed the grading system,

Interview
The interview process was pretty smooth. I was contacted for a review and was informed I would have to do a teaching demonstration. The interviewer asked behavioral question as well as questions on teaching style. I received a tour of the campus and spoke with the ED. Before leaving I was scheduled a second interview with the ED. During that interview I was asked some basic questions as well.

Got a phone call and then started its who you know not what. They would ask you to show them how you would teach a classin in front of several employees including the department chair.
