For me, the interview process was very long. It begins with a series of aptitude tests - followed by a phone interview. You are then invited in for an initial meeting; where you will be asked to complete a written assignment, sit among your potential colleagues, and then have a basic interview with the managers. The style is very casual... One manager that I interacted with was wearing an old fuzzy hoodie and jeans. If you are used to dressing business professional, or even business casual - you should probably tone it down a little (for the marketing department). After the initial interview, you will be invited back to meet the COO, and the CEO. They are both very nice, but it seems that they make hiring decisions based on likeability, rather than experience or potential. Be aware: You will be asked to appear in a video! So take some time to prepare for this ahead of time! For the video they will ask you: "why do you want to work for Miles Technologies?" Overall, the environment is very young and playful - the marketing team seems very organized and somewhat knowledgeable. Oh yeah, by the way - you will also be asked for your previous W2 statements (2 Years), which seems a little absurd and intrusive, but it is what it is.
