Interview
I had 3 interviews during the course of two weeks with different people. The first one was with the Art Director. The second one was a Product Owner and with the Lead Designer. The third one was with the Senior Manager of Software Engineering and with a Product Owner. Each interview had explanations and questions about my experience, the work I would be doing and how I would relate with the roles of the interviewers.

Interview
30 minute initial screening call (Industry standard) Presented a Test that included building Test Cases and answering questions about focused scope of testing strategies and approaches to be completed in a specific time frame. Five Zoom/Meet interviews (1hr each) over the span of two weeks with Leads of several engineering disciplines including current QA Manager and QA Team.

The compensation offered was less than $30/hr for a master’s level, licensed clinical therapist with over 15 years of experience. This company clearly does not value quality mental health service.
