Interview
I was recruited and vetted by a contracted HR recruiting firm. The first interview with the HR recruiter included a work style and personality assessment which narrowed the candidates. The second interview was at Midwest Appraisal Management with the CEO and COO. The interview lasted about a half hour and the recruiter called the day after with an offer.

Interview
I was recruited by Midwest personally through email. We set up an interview later that week. The interview lasted for about 30 minutes. Upper management told me what they were looking for and I gave them my background/qualifications. Hired within a week.
