Midway Chevrolet interview questions

One on one interview with hiring manager, May not be for the position that you applied for just a fair warning. They try to push a sales position on you instead. Not a very positive sign when you are going into an interview for a certain position and immediately are told that it was already filled previous to your interview. Honestly I wouldn't bother wasting your time like I unfortunately did.

I answered ad for position of service advisor. Got reacquainted with a local car business recruiter on site. He was his non charming a d nearly rude self. He scorned. And belittled me during the process making several snide remarks. I finally made it into interview and was tentatively hired on the spot as long as my background and drug test findings were non problematic. I complied and met all requirements including three returns appointments. Their promises to return calls and to function as an ethical employer were anything but that with an across the board breakdown of business protocol and ethical standards. This was a two week nightmare from hell. They strung me out while shopping for better more experienced blood. In my 15 years as an employer and 20 years as an employee, I have never been put through such emotional turmoil as with this interview/offer/rescinding offer and verbal abuse by their low life recruiting agent. I am so disenchanted and awe struck by this business' non professionalism that I am still in a state of shock. I can not recommend this business in any way or form.
