Met with the HR director and the Dean of academics. Somewhat casual for a College, but very welcoming and comforting. The entire process really put me at ease. Initially I was asked several questions via a phone interview and was called in the next day for a face-to-face interview. I did not have to wait long to be escorted to the conference room. On the way, I was introduced to the President of the College, the Executive Director of Enrollment Management, the Director of Financial Aid, and the Comptroller. All were so friendly and welcoming. Definitely not an intimidating process like other places I have interviewed. Since the students are treated as I was treated this is definitely an organization anyone would want to work for and/or attend. I am very glad I accepted the position.
