The process was led by the branch manager and the vice president of the company. Armed security experience, driving experience, cash logistics experience were taken into account during the interview. I was offered the interview because I had previously worked for another armored car company. The interview covered responsibility, duties, wages and training. The interview had a very relaxed feel, though still formal in regards to dress. The company requires it's employees to bring their own duty gear, gun, duty belt, boots and optional bullet proof vest.
