Mid-America Christian University interview questions

The interview was 2 sections. The first section was a screening over the phone with the director. The second was in front of a group of people in a boardroom setting. Most of the people were directors from other departments and a few staff who work in the position.

One phone interview, two in-person interviews. The interviews were pretty straight-forward. My interviewees focused more on me as a person than a professional, which was appreciated. Basic questions, weird mix of employees from various departments.
