Interview
Long, multiple rounds and made me do a project case study. Hr was courteous and helped facilitate the process. Final round communication was slow though and the process dragged on for a few months.

Question 1
Where do you see yourself in 10 years, career wise.
I was given by a pair of friendly interviewers. They let me finish the technical test and then take the test to meet the interviewers. Interviewers are professional engineers in their own role and they even shared more details about the job they are hiring.
Face to face at site, standard interview process.
First round had one interviewer, just an overall culture fit check to see if you are capable of understanding the needs of the team.
