1st interview was brief, and straightforward. 2nd interview was more of a tour of the compnay and getting to know who you are as a prospective employee. It also gives you good insight on how the company operates.

Interview
After speaking to the CEO of the company at SEG, I was referred by him to his VP of Analysis. They invited me to Houston, TX for a comprehensive interview with most of upper-management. Overall, everyone was welcoming and willing to give you a chance to engage in technical dialogue about experiences, knowledge, and the industry.
