Also, a background check is required. **Passing the Interview:** If you pass, your profile is put on their platform to *maybe* get follow-on interviews with other companies. The posted pay compensation ($100/hr, in my case) is not promised nor honored; it depends on if you get companies reaching out to hire you as a consultant - of which, micro1 takes a cut.
