Interview
I was referred by a colleague, and send my resume to the head of engineering. We exchanged a few emails/phone calls over the next few days. After this time, I was asked to be interviewed in person at the office in Lafayette, CO with their engineering team. I also was given a tour of the company and shown some of their products.
