I also know some of the terminal and command prompt commands. trouble shooting skills, knowledge of the different types of networks , switches, routers, bluetooth, NIC's and what different one's do I could add more but you get the point . At other places I have worked my sales numbers have always been good. Other guy knows someone who works there, has a degree in a totally unrelated field only comparable work experience that applies here was gamestop so he knew sales. Got told sorry we went with the other candidate. I guess it's really not what you know ,it's who you know.
