very basic interview with no surprising questions. overall it didn't feel like the right fit for me. red flags like "family culture" and the hours were not flexible, weekends are a must. cool buildings and perks for employees but needed a more flexible work schedule that didn't include late nights or weekends

Filled out an application online, got a phone interview, then a 1st round in person interview with an HR rep and a couple other people and then a 2nd round interview with the VP of HR. Background, credit, and drug check all needed.

Interview
Interview process was quick and effortless. Had a phone interview which was easy and quick followed by a in person interview with one HR individual. After that interview, I had a final interview with HR and a call center manager, felt natural and not scripted.
