I interviewed in person there wasn’t very many questions and they were mostly getting to know me and previous experiences it was a super easy interview that also didn’t last very long

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Michaels (Plano, TX) in Dec 2020
Interview
Very easy and was a couple minutes long. Basic questions, Interviewer at the time seemed distracted, that’s probably why it lasted a couple minutes. Overall interview felt like a breeze.
It was simple and comfortable. I felt like I could open up and get a good amount of information regarding the position and benefits. The process went by fast and the company communicated well.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Michaels (New York, NY)
Interview
Fairly simple process. Interviewed with the assistant manager then with the Manager. Basic questions about work history and experience . Also asked about scheduling availability and willingness to work nights and or weekends.
