Interview
I handed in an application, and then was sent straight to speak with the hiring manager. I filled out their assessment (strongly disagree/ disagree/ not sure/ agree/ strongly agree), and was spoken to briefly. A friend had applied at the same time that I had and was hired, but I was not.

Question 1
An employee comes into work intoxicated. They are still able to fulfill their duties. Is this acceptable?
Just asked me my availability, why I want to work here, and about myself. It was super chill and the manager was nice too. Went in for a day and got shown to the backroom and it was a 10 minute experience. Afterwards they showed me around the store.

Basic interview processes with questions like how do you work with a team, can you be flexible in your work, the hours you can work, your learnability, a time you dealt with an unhappy customer
The interview was very relaxed but was in a professional setting. Nice managers and co workers. They were very friendly to talk to. Many were eager to answer any questions that I may have about the process or the job itself
