Quick- relaxed. Was held at the location I interviewed for-met some of the staff-met the DM that day-went over a possible schedule scenario- was not clearly told I would be working EVERY weekend however. That seems very negative and could be why the position is so hard to fill

Was just like having a conversation with a friend. They made me feel valued. At first I was nervous but by the end we continued talking and forgot about being nervous

Pretty straight forward interview. Normal interview questions like “Tell me about yourself “ or “Tell me about a time…”. Starting pay was horrible so I decided not to take the job offer.

Great interview it was a great experience. The manager asked questions regarding my schooling and past work history. I’ve worked retail for many years and Michael’s is a great company to work for
