Miami New Times interview questions

Three rounds of interviews with publisher, general manager, and direct manager. The first interview was with the publisher. The second was with all 3. The third was a personality interview. Very nice team. Family type environment.

Condescending and belittling of any experience. Adam spoke poorly of his employees, pitting them against his "top"salesman. The office had a weird vibe with mannequins, comics, and posters. If you want a career where you feel respected- don't apply here.
