I applied online. I interviewed at Metron, Inc. (San Diego, CA) in May 2020
Interview
Frist a 30 minute phone call with a senior or lead analyst. Just went over experience on my resume and what kind of work I'd like to do.
Received an invite for another interview where I had to put together a 30 minute presentation based on previous work or a project. The interview consisted of interviewing with 3 individual senior/lead analysts and then presenting to a group of people your project. The individual interview questions were all behavior or about my resume. During your presentation they ask in-depth questions about the material you're presenting. The questions they asked on my presentation were way more difficult than necessary considering the job. Some of the questions that were asked about my presentation are questions PhDs have dissertations on, so it's pretty silly to expect an actual answer to those questions. There's clearly a very high turnover at this job but you get a secret clearance out of it. They probably want some fresh undergrad.

Interview
I was called on the phone and asked about a few different topics. Most of the conversation was about my experiences, and then some of the conversation was about some technical questions that they had previously prepared for me to answer. This was the process

Interview
It was pretty straightforward. They asked me to elaborate a lot about what was on my resume. The interviewer was very nice and gave me his experience about working with this company. However, I did not get a second interview.
