Metromedia Energy interview questions

I started at this company as an accounting temp and work for a few months in that capacity. The VP of Finance interviewed me for the Accounting Manager position. I accepted the offer and continued as Accounting Manager for several years. With the last 3 years i was offered the position of Office Manager which I accepted and have to this day

The interview process began with a phone interview. Following my phone interview, I was invited to an in person interview with the director and the CEO. The interview process was standard. They went over my background, the job expectations and asked for references. I was called within a week and offered the position.
