Applied online. Emailed the next day for a phone interview. At the end of the phone interview, was asked to schedule an in person interview. In person interview was easy. Practice manager answered all the questions I had during the interview process, described benefits and hours ahead of time and even had me shadow at the front desk. Was told there would be a follow up by the end of the week and got ghosted, even after sending an email. Entirely unprofessional, impolite and gives a poor impression of the company.

You do a phone call to set everything up, which they see how you sound over the phone. Once you do the interview and get and offer you have to be tested for TB to make sure you don't have it when you come into the dental field. The whole process takes about 2 to 3 weeks to complete.
