The interview started with a short FAA written test, some multiple choice, fill in the blank and short answer questions, a flight in the sim with a check airman, and a panel interview assessing character and judgement.

First was a meet and greet with the owner with a casual conversation and talking about the company. Then onto the flight interview portion assessing basic flight skills and IIMC. Next was the interview with the Chief Pilot and HR, proceeded by a tour of the facility.
