Through Awf they usually do a quick interview over the phone , then offer you to come in to do online induction takes about 30mins safety videos etc .. once done they sit you down individually ask you questions about availability and tickets etc, you then go for your medical and of passed you find out the next day , if successful you then get an email saying you have a site induction which takes a couple hours.
