      11 Nov 2014
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Metal Flow

      Interview

total of 5 interviews over a 6 week span. Started with HR Director and outgoing manager who was retiring. Interviews proceeded next with Exec. VP, then VP Engineering / Sales, then a business unit manager plus Operations VP, and with all positive feedback at every step, ended with the CEO. All interviews were very good, final interview ended with 3 handshakes and farewell from the CEO.

      Question 1

none really - there was some unease about their company size and my work history (I worked for some pretty big companies before).
