1) Design and implement simple school registration system where you have a list of students and courses and you create a REST api to manage those. Technology stack: Java/Groovy, Gradle/Maven, Spring Boot, Docker (docker-compose), JUnit, MySQL 2) Then some HR like interview along with some small live coding tests such as simulate a linked list, find out the big o notation and based on some structure find out some query that requires a join. 3) Then another technical where some asks you again for live coding test. Something like create your own Set implementation assuming you don't have Set in Java 4) Then another technical interview where someone asks db related things like what is the normalization/denormalization ? how you improve slow queries, and based again on some structure you are requested to do a query with a few joins + group by. --------------------- Then I was notified after all these steps that I was not passed and when I asked for further feedback to see where I failed they did not even answer. This is so unprofessional ! I spent so many hours for this and they could not answer politely where I did not go well. Indication that THEY DON'T RESPECT YOUR TIME !
