Step 1: Screener call with recruiter where they ask actual interview questions
Step 2: 2 hours of interviews (Product Sense, Analytical Thinking)
Step 3: 4 hours of interviews (PS, AT, and 2 Leadership and Drive)
The whole process took about 3 months of time. There's lot of information online about processes to follow for PS and AT. These worked well for my first round interviews but my second round interviewers (at least one of them) asked me not to use user segments to determine product success metrics. Leadership and Drive questions focused on all the different ways I have failed in my professional career.
Many interviewers were not interactive as I moved through questions. In summary, the interview experience feels like a mixed bag depending on which interviewers you are randomly assigned. It takes a lot of time and studying and it was disappointing to not get feedback on how to improve my interview performance (after months of studying) when the company claims feedback as a core value.
