The overall interview process is like: Initial HR call (30 min) -> Portfolio Review (2 projects, 45 min) -> Technical skills interview (whiteboard challenge + programming language understanding, 45 min) -> offer

For this position, there is a four-step process in the meta hiring pipeline. It begins with a recruiter screening call, then a case study portfolio walkthrough then a technical code study. There is no challenge given, the interviewee is expected to supply the case study and code for technical review. This was a more junior position so it seemed like they wanted me to walk through my thought process rather than critiquing the code itself. Unfortunately, I accepted another offer before these interviews.
