3 Stages:
Phone Screen
Video Interview (they will give you software for the interview. Not skype)
Onsite Interview in Austin, TX (final interview)
They are very flexible with timeframes you set for interviews. Please utilize this and take your time to prep for it. I extended the time between my interviews for a while.
Recruiter will will give a 15 to 30 mins interview. My recruiter was friendly very helpful and even helped with a few similar questions of what they could give in the next stages. It helped a lot during the video interview, not at all in TX interview. Very positive exp with my recruiter and FB overall.
One more thing: Do not take the last interview for granted. Its actually hard. And its easy to take it for granted because the first 2 interviews are real easy. It's not all rosy out there !

TX Interview Q: If someone hacked your instagram account, and the person reported to FB that the person needed access and the person was your friend who knows all your details, how does someone on the FB determine his/her (in)authenticity?

Facebook wants to roll out the Facebook platform to the fictional country of Markovia.

If only 1000 people had signed up in 3 days when they expected 100 thousand, then what happened?
How do we increase those numbers?
500m people registered and we expected 100m people. Why? Is this good? What does it tell?
TX Interview Q: If you discovered in what you determined to be a serious flaw (security) or otherwise in FB's product and you brought it up to leadership and they told you its not a priority (when you know it should be), how do you go about solving the issue or getting their attention?
Video/Recruiter question: If you have access to all the data necessary, how can you gauge the engagement of Facebook Messenger? What data points would you collect? Why?
The screening interview questions (user adoption & product success, product roll out in a smaller region, etc.) are a great framework for what to expect

1 30-min video then 2 30-min vid; the recruiter was extremely helpful and interviewer was really nice too; the questions were a mix of behavioral and technical job-related questions; I prepped by looking at facebook in the news and reading the community standards

The process took a month. I had two phone interviews and after a few test I was invited for a final round interview. The interview was easy but at the end I didnt have an offer.
