Phone interview with the department manager. Then in person interview with the department manager. Then in person interview with the vice president and president/ceo. Offer made same day of interview via phone by CEO.

Typical interview process. First there was communication via e-mail and a phone interview was scheduled. After the phone interview there was an in-person interview scheduled. The supervisor conducted the interview. She was very friendly, professional, and encouraging. She appeared very passionate about her role and the mission of the agency.
